When I decided to build my forever home, I shopped around for a few months talking to different contractors in the area. When I met Craig from Stone Creek, I knew that he was the man for the job. The first day we met we spent a few hours at the property, just talking about the potential and how he can work with us to fit our budget. At that point, he had no knowledge of whether I had a dollar to my name or not, but still treated me with respect and took several hours out of his day to meet with me. I had done no prior research into this company, but when I met him, I just had a really good feeling about him and his company. Fortunately, my instincts were spot on. Spending 20 years in commercial construction has taught me to sniff out whether a contractor is honest or not. Building a home is a huge undertaking, and choosing the right contractor makes all the difference. I couldn’t be happier with the team that built mine. From start to finish, their professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to detail were on a completely different level. Their carpenters were nothing short of exceptional — every cut, joint, and finish was done with precision and pride. The tile work throughout the house is stunning, with clean lines, perfect layout, and a level of quality you just don’t see every day. What impressed me most was the caliber of trades they brought onto the project. Every single person who stepped onto the job site was skilled, respectful, and clearly among the best in their field. It’s rare to see a contractor surround themselves with such top‑tier talent, and it absolutely shows in the final result. If you’re looking for a contractor who delivers outstanding workmanship and a truly seamless building experience, this is the team you want. I’d recommend them without hesitation. One thing to be aware of when you’re looking for a contractor, there’s a lot of contractors out there that will give you an attractive number upfront, but then they will change order you to death throughout the entire project. This contractor gave me a very fair number upfront, and was very fair with all legitimate change orders, of my wife’s doing lol. They were extremely transparent upfront, so I knew what I was getting and what I wasn’t. I don’t expect you to take my word for it, but at least check out their website and look at some of the amazing work that they have done. They built my dream house and I’m very grateful to them for that!
