Our Process
Whether you're building a custom home or renovating your current space, our streamlined design-build process ensures clarity, communication, and craftsmanship every step of the way.
Discovery & Consultation
We start with a conversation to understand your goals, timeline, and budget. Then we schedule an on-site consultation to review your current space and discuss your renovation vision and functional needs.
Design & Proposal
Next, we create a tailored renovation plan with design direction and a detailed estimate. You'll have time to review the proposal, ask questions, and make any adjustments before moving forward.
Agreement & Scheduling
Once you're ready to move forward, we finalize the agreement and collect a deposit. Your renovation project is officially on our calendar, and we begin preparations for construction.
Selections & Pre-Construction
We guide you through material and fixture selections, coordinating vendor appointments as needed. We also handle permitting and order materials so that everything is in place for a smooth renovation start.
Renovation Phase

Stone Creek Design Build did a terrific job finishing our basement! The owner Craig, is the one who initially came out to give an estimate on the project and he was there every step of the way until its completion the end of May 2026. He has a great crew, led by Andrew, who is extremely skillful in all areas of construction. Andrew always kept me informed, answered all my questions and he delivered on every promise! The result was a beautiful and very functional new living space for our home! I had 5 estimates and I am super happy I went with Stone Creek! As you can see in pics, we still have some decorating to do!

I recently used Stone Creek for our bathroom remodel, and they did an absolutely amazing job. I’ve had some frustrating experiences with contractors in the past, so it was incredibly refreshing to work with a team that made the entire process so easy and stress-free. Renee and Andrew were both wonderful to work with from start to finish. Renee's attention to detail helped us transform our basic, builder's grade bathroom into a beautiful space that maximizes every inch. Andrew did a great job and always kept me up to date on what to expect, which made it so much easier to plan around work, kids, and the dogs. The final result looks incredible, and they finished earlier than we expected. I truly couldn't have asked for a better experience and look forward to working with Stone Creek again in the future!

Recently used Stone Creek services to have my kitchen updated and remodeled after some water damage. It turned out so much better than I could have hoped. Craig and his crew were amazing to work with. They were always in constant communication about next steps, they always cleaned up after themselves and were accommodating to requests, and they always tried to keep me in budget I never felt like I was being upsold. All the vendors we used through Stone creek were just as great! Absolutely would use them again!
