Agreement & Scheduling

Once you're ready to move forward, we finalize the agreement and collect a deposit. Your renovation project is officially on our calendar, and we begin preparations for construction.

Step 4 - Selections and pre-construction

Selections & Pre-Construction

We guide you through material and fixture selections, coordinating vendor appointments as needed. We also handle permitting and order materials so that everything is in place for a smooth renovation start.

Renovation Phase

Renovation begins! Our field team manages the project with precision and care, minimizing disruption to your daily life. You'll receive regular updates and have a mid-project check-in to ensure alignment.

Completion & Final Walkthrough

Once your renovation is finished, we walk through the completed space with you to ensure everything meets expectations. You'll receive final documentation and warranty details—and we remain available should you need anything moving forward.
