Green Lane Decks

For this Green Lane home, we removed the client’s original deck and replaced it with two brand-new outdoor living spaces. The first deck was built from the ground up off a recently completed addition and includes a convenient access ramp. The second, approximately 17' x 18', features a drink rail around the entire deck for added functionality and style. To complete the project, we also installed a new white vinyl railing system along the existing basement walk-up stairs, matching the railing style and drink rail detail of the main deck for a seamless look throughout the outdoor space.
